Door-to-door thrift shopping is coming to the Berkshires! Our inaugural Sleepover Thrift Crawl is happening September 19-20, 2026
A $25 non-refundable deposit is charged at the time of booking to reserve your spot. The remaining $120 event fee covers the two-day thrift crawl experience.
The Sleepover Thrift Crawl includes:
Saturday
- 10:00 a.m. pickup at Springs Motel
- Morning tea or coffee with muffin/scone on the road
- Door-to-door thrift shopping throughout North County
- Bagged lunch including a sandwich, chips, fruit, and a drink
- Dinner stop during the crawl. Dinner is not included in the event fee.
- Return to Springs Motel for the evening event
Sunday
- Morning tea or coffee with muffin/scone and fruit
- 10:30 a.m. pickup at Springs Motel
- Door-to-door thrift shopping throughout South County
- Bagged lunch
- Return to Springs Motel by approximately 5:00 p.m.
- Group photo to close out the weekend
Sleepover Thrift Crawl Cancellation & Refund Policy
The $25 booking deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your reservation.
If you need to cancel your reservation, we may refund the $120 event fee if we receive your cancellation at least 10 days before the event.
Cancellations made less than 10 days before the event are non-refundable, as transportation, food, staffing, and other arrangements will already have been made based on the number of registered guests.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another guest instead of losing your event fee. Please notify us in advance with the replacement guest's name.
If the Sleepover Thrift Crawl is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a 100% refund of all payments made, including the $25 deposit.
Please note that personal purchases, Saturday dinner, accommodations at The Springs Motel, and any other expenses not specifically listed as included are each guest's responsibility.
