Returns and refunds

As tea is treated as a food item by both the USFDA and CFIA, returns are not accepted (food safety risk).

Bath blessing products are not reaturnable. 

If upon receiving your package you find that it is damaged or that there is an error in your order, kindly email us at support@chocolateisselfcare.com within 7 days of delivery. So we can quickly identify the transaction, please attach a photograph of the damaged, incorrect, or missing item with your order number.

If you are dissatisfied with your product, please email support@chocolateisselfcare.com and we will be happy to provide you store credit via gift card, within 7 days of delivery.

Downloads of meditations and e-products (ie: e-books, class recordings, webinars, etc.) are final sale and not refundable. If you have trouble accessing a download please email us at support@chocolateisselfcare.com and we will be happy to help you.
