It makes a lovely tea to sip hot or cold over ice. 

Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil. Add 1 tsp of tea to infuser or tea bag place in 8-oz. Mug. Pour the heated water into the mug. Steep for 5-7 minutes. Strain tea leaves, or take out the infuser. Allow cooling. Sip and enjoy. For iced tea brew as normal. Allow cooling then add ice and enjoy.

5 minutes to steep is 5 minutes to breathe. Enjoy anytime you need to bring balance to your life.

I keep coming back for more!

This chocolate peppermint tea is a true decaf tea and tastes unquestionably delicious (don't let the light color fool you). As it was explained to me, they use the hull instead of the cacao bean (which it does say in the ingredients) because chocolate has plenty of caffeine anything with real chocolate is going to have caffeine. I am highly sensitive to caffeine and have other brands with chocolate tea, and even peppermint in it, tasted good, but definitely aren't decaffeinated as they claimed on the box. I can have this fabulous tea before bed and be able to fall sleep and stay asleep. Furthermore, I have skipped days and even a week without it when I went out of state, and I don't get a headache when I don't have it. I have one mug in the morning and another later in the day. This has a terrific taste and is truly caffeine free, so enjoy!
Note to owners: It should be labeled caffeine free tea on the front of the bag, in the description on the back, and on the website- take credit where credit is due! If I hadn't seen you at the chocolate expo, I would never have tried it.

Deliciousness at its best!

This tea blend is absolutely delicious! Chocolaty without being to sweet, with a soft clean mint flavor. Tasted just like an andes chocolate mint patty. The perfect blend of mint and chocolate creamy flavor! I can’t wait for my next cup!
