This meditation is to appreciate and love your heart and all it does for you. It left me with a feeling of well-being and good vibes. I especially loved the parts where you imagine sunshine on your heart and body and physically hug yourself and your heart! Would recommend to anyone, but especially to those whose hearts need a little extra love. <3
